We ask that you keep your new mattress at least 30 days, as it takes time for your body to acclimate to your new mattress. To break in your new mattress, even use is key. To speed up the process, we recommend taking your shoes off and walking head to foot on the mattress for 15 minutes a day for the first 3 days you have it - this will help the mattress break in evenly and be more comfortable from day one.

For local comfort exchanges on purchases of $999 or less, there is a $100 restocking/redelivery fee, and on purchases of $1,000 or more, there is a $200 restocking/redelivery fee. Out of area Comfort Exchanges are required to return the mattress with a pre-authorized RMA at their expense.
